ZENYOGKIDO KUNG FU

On the 20th of July 2017, David Lyons, the founder of Zenyogkido won the `Community Action` category, at the Leicester Mercury Hero`s of Leicester award ceremony. The award was presented by one of the sponsors `Rowley`s Chartered Accountants` for David`s  38 years of selfless dedication in teaching his martial art, Zenyogkido, yoga, meditation and Tai Chi, as well as for encouraging his team and students to raise over £30,000 for various charities. The fact David has done all of the above whilst not charging a single penny shows his commitment to the community and Leicester in general.
